It has become a tradition in Hamburg: with a colourful mix of all-time classics and world-famous Christmas songs, the Hamburger Goldkehlchen kick off the festive season at the beginning of December and get even the last Grinch into the Christmas spirit. For the first time, the big charity Christmas show will take place in the Laeiszhalle in Hamburg. Where the greats of classical music are usually seen and heard, this year the Goldkehlchen will be guests with their show. As every year, everything is in the name of charity.

Oliver Rohrbeck, narrator of the »Die drei ???« detective Justus Jonas, and the iconic foley artist Jörg Klinkenberg are touring Germany with a interactive event. Together, they will take the audience on a journey back to the beginnings of the three detectives’ exciting investigations. Together with up to eight fans, they create a unique live radio play on stage. Live noises, hand-picked music and a detailed sound design provide the right soundscape and show the audience live what otherwise remains hidden behind the walls of the radio play studios.

The seven men sing a cappella, but they are not comparable with many other groups of this genre, because only a few achieve such a perfect sound. Sometimes it’s R’n’B, soul or hip hop, sometimes gospel, pop or even rock. In the programme »N7 @the Movies« Naturally 7 performs great songs from movies and musicals like »Titanic«, »West Side Story«, »Grease«, »8 Mile«, »Saturday Night Fever« and many more.

The titles are framed by Gustav Peter Wöhler’s very personal stories – the audience thanks him with standing ovations!
