As we did the first time, we will conclude this edition of the festival with a walking concert as a consolidating measure. People have always found walking beneficial, as it clears the mind and calms the heartbeat. That can't hurt, especially in these times. After 13 days of “Out of joint”, percussionist Alexei Gerassimez and the members of the Manchester Collective ensemble ensure a pleasant collective flow. Join in the walk - we'll all meet in the Great Hall for the finale!

All fans of the classic cult film can already look forward to the coming Christmas season in particular: then, after sold-out dates last year, the wonderful fairy-tale classic can finally be experienced again in radiant cinema format and with a large orchestra.
"Three Hazelnuts for Cinderella" is a Christmas classic. For over 50 years, the fairy tale heroine has enchanted generations of viewers. Cinderella takes her destiny into her own hands, fights for great happiness, and shows the prince where it's at. The film is often shown with live orchestral accompaniment during Christmas time.
Joseph Haydn's Symphony No. 44, known as "Trauer" (Mourning), is surprisingly lively and festive. Isata Kanneh-Mason performs Sergei Prokofiev's Piano Concerto No. 3, and Shiyeon Sung, a prominent South Korean conductor, leads Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition. The concert introduction begins 30 minutes prior in the Glocke's "Kleinen Saal".
