Antonio Vivaldi's famous violin concerto cycle is among the most popular classical music. Its soulful melodies and vivid soundscapes are immediately accessible upon listening and conquer hearts. In this family concert also those of the children. Playfully prepared and embedded in an interesting story, the four seasons are made excitingly experienceable and musically tangible for young and old listeners alike in their various characters and moods. Concert duration: approx. 60 minutes
Concertmaster Ulrich Edelmann leads the hr-Symphony Orchestra in a performance of Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" and Edvard Grieg's "Holberg Suite". Edelmann lends his virtuosity to Vivaldi's violin concerto cycle. The concert promises a fulfilling musical experience with captivating melodies and impressive solo parts, lasting approximately 60 minutes.
