Whenever Sol Gabetta takes the stage at the Albert Concerts, excitement fills the air. This world-class cellist's passion is contagious, her expressive playing matched by captivating expressions. This year, she shares the stage with the exceptionally talented Tarmo Peltokoski. Together, they'll perform Bloch's "Schelomo," a piece Gabetta cherishes for its ability to showcase the cello's versatility. Peltokoski complements this with Bruckner's Symphony No. 4, a tribute to the composer's 200th birthday. The program also includes Debussy's "Prélude à l'après-midi d'un faune."
