The award-winning clarinettist Sebastian Manz, internationally renowned for his virtuosity and emotional depth, presents Mozart's immortal Clarinet Concerto in A major. This masterpiece, characterised by floating lightness and soulful melody, is one of the most important concerts of classical music and promises an evening full of inspiration. Manz will be accompanied by the Folkwang Chamber Orchestra Essen, which is known for its energetic, innovative programmes and high musical quality. Founded 67 years ago and deeply rooted in the city of Essen and the Folkwang spirit, the orchestra under the direction of Johannes Klumpp has steadily expanded its profile as a leading Mozart interpreter.
