It was his debut with the Berliner Philharmoniker, and was met with great acclaim by the audience. Dudamel now celebrates the end of the season with the orchestra in the open air for the fourth time. The programme will include rousing dances from Bernstein’s musical West Side Story, in which Latin American sounds and rhythms are all-pervasive.
